Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Go Paradise Travel and Tours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to accommodate our valued guests.

Cancellation by Go Paradise

• We reserve the right to cancel a trip in the event of a severe weather warning where the Coast Guard does not grant permission for the journey or if the chosen boat is deemed unsuitable due to a technical fault.
• In case of trip cancellation by Go Paradise, we will automatically reschedule the excursion for another day within the next three days. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund (excluding payment system fees) will be issued.

Guest-Requested Cancellations

• If you choose to cancel more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 30% of the tour price per person will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure, or in the event of a reduced number of participants, will result in no refund being issued.
• If you cancel within the three-day rescheduling period following a cancellation by Go Paradise, no refund will be provided.
• No refunds will be given for failure to appear on the scheduled departure date.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding any payment system fees.

Note:* We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
